Recently, in an interview AMD chapter  acknowledged that the first generation hybrid processors fusion will integrate computational and graphic core at the processor level , and only in the future it will be possible to speak about the closer integration. However, in light of the fresher AMD management statements at the quarterly conference this idea does not seem viable. AMD representatives  acknowledged that the deliveries of first hybrid processor llano, released on 32 nm technology with the application OF SOI (silicon-on- insulator), will begin in the second-half 2010. Simultaneously AMD leaders reported that for the subsequent generations hybrid processors can be examined different versions of technology combination : for example, 32 nm technical process with the use of monolithic base layer (bulk CMOS). All, of course, depends on the application sphere of the corresponding processors and their planned characteristics. We should add that the first models 32 nm AMD processors will appear already in the following half-year, and in the second-half 2010 series production will be expanded. Finally,  AMD chapter answer the question of one analyst at the quarterly conference he directly stated that the first processors fusion will have the monolithic layout, which integrates on one piece the silicon computational and graphic core. Thus, for AMD again will appear occasion to speak about its superiority over Intel, which not only will join in the first integrated processors 32 nm and 45 nm crystals, but also will unite the memory controller and the north bridge chip  , separating it from the processor core.
