Transcend company presented the memory collection , which according to the producer, was created specially for use with the processors Intel core i5 and i7. Core i5 is the first Intel processors , with the integrated PCI express 2.0 x16 interface and dual -channel DDR3 memory controller .
In the dual-channel collection enter two DDR3 memory modules with 2 GB volume each. Thus, the summary storage capacity is equal to 4 GB. The modules are calculated for the clock frequency 1333 MHz, working at 9-9-9-24. The capacity of modules reaches 21,3 GB/s. The modules work with the reduced voltage 1,5 v (standard value it composes 1,65 v). This allows decrease energy consumption by 30% in comparison with the energy consumption DDR 2-800 modules .
