Intel company transferred its solid-state disk to the use of 34 nm memory, which immediately allowed to reduce the specific cost of storage informational unit, to increase speed and to raise storage capacity. Perhaps, in the last SSD models from Intel production the only problem is the damp firmware, which under specific conditions could serve as a reason for data loss .
We already know that in the following year Intel company intends to update the model number of solid-state disk on base of SLC memory, intended for the corporate market sector . This will allow to sharply reduce prices and to increase the disk volume in comparison with the present series Intel X25- E. As reports associate in the next months Intel will be able to present disk on base of solid-state memory, produced on thinner 30 nm technical process.
