Last week was completed transaction on the transfer of chartered semiconductor active memberships , one of the few independent companies, which were occupied by the contract production of microcircuits and processors, . The purchase Of chartered semiconductor is the part of globalfoundries plan on strengthening its positions on the market for services on the contract microcircuits production  . Arab investors will build factories in the state of New York and UNITED ARAB EMIRATES, and also research center in this Near Eastern region. With time globalfoundries is going to compose competition not only to TSMC, but also to Intel companies . As reports associate , the procedure of  chartered integration in the structure Of globalfoundries already started. Integration at the technological level is not complex, since both companies are headed BY IBM. According to the estimations of some Associates, Globalfoundries will use chartered  Singapore factories for the release of product, intended for clients, who are located in Asian- Pacific Ocean region. Chartered has five factories, which release microcircuits according to the technological standards from 60 to 110 nm with the use of silicic plates diameter 200 mm, and also one factory, which release microcircuits on 130 nm and thinner  technical processes with the use of 300 mm  silicic plates. They  are all located in Singapore, were chartered headquarters is placed . Thus basic client Of globalfoundries is AMD company , but the circle of customers  is gradually enlarged.
