Samsung company remains one of the few semiconductor chip producers, which ensure an increase in the gain of last year. In the case with 50 nm or 60 nm memory the prime production cost  upon transfer on 32 nm technical process falls two times, the energy consumption level is reduced to 30%. In the notebook last generation the DDR- 3 modules with 4 Gb volume on base of 30 nm memory consume only three watts, which corresponds to three percent of entire electric power, consumed by notebooks. DDR- 3 Memories, released by Samsung on 30 nm technology, can be used in modules with the default voltage 1.5 or 1.35 v. The corresponding modules can be installed in the desktop systems, netbook and servers. Mass production of DDR3 memory on 30 nm technology by Samsung company will start in the second-half this year.
