Intel company in the beginning of this month stated that nearer to July present year will begin the propagation of new processors atom, D425 and D525. The delivery of CPU began literally today. Both processors are made according to the 45-nm technical process standards and possess two cores, each operates at 1,8 GHz frequency.

The differences between the processors Intel atom d425 and D525 consists, in the first place, in the cache memory volume and, in the heat emission level, TDP. In the first case, the cache is only 512 KB for each of two cores, and in the second case this value is two time higher. The processors d425 and D525 possesses TDP, 10 and 13 watts respectively.
