Addonics technologies company released an interesting device.
The device shown in the photograph is an adapter, which connect a disk with eSATA interface to the USB 3.0 or USB 2.0 port.  According to the producer, the adapter is compatible with the external hard disks, SSD, optical drives, in which is installed the ports SATA. The support of ports multipliers meant that the adapter can be used for connection to RAID- array of disk with eSATA interface. eSATA port, entering the configuration of the adapter, is the hybrid port eSATA USB hybrid port (EUHP) . It works with the standard cables eSATA and with the special cable addonics (Universal eSATAp). The cable universal eSATA ensures power to the disk with the low required power. Adapter is compatible with Windows Me, 2000, XP, 2000, 2003, Vista, 2007, Mac OS X and newer version, Linux kernel 2.6+, Solaris 10. The price is approximately equal to $34. Related Products : | ||
