With the launch of mobile processors Ivy Bridge and the appropriate platform, Intel expects to introduce support for Anti-Theft in all laptops, except for the models based on an entry-level chipsets (indicated as HM). At ultrabook restriction does not apply, so each mobile computer in this category would be protected from being stolen.
Anti-Theft Service will make the laptop unusable without the knowledge of a special unlock code . The laptop will be worthless without key even hard disk replace on which data is securely encrypted, or BIOS flashing will make the computer working again.
