Sony company began the production of compact camera modules for smartphones, using a multi-level layout. New CMOS sensors can reduce the occupied space by 40%. In addition, a new generation of devices have reduced power consumption and improved performance. Getting a new arrangement benefits, experts say, can be directed not only at high-resolution camera, but also to improve the color quality . Sony cameras are used in the previous generation of smartphones Apple iPhone 4S and Samsung Galaxy S3.  Supply of new parts for Sony will launch in October and November, the first on the market gets 8-megapixel module, and only at the beginning of next year will appear 13-megapixel module.
