As we learned from the letter of the regulatory agencies in the U.S., Google has started to develop the concept of device independent advertising campaigns. It makes no sense to create a separate advertising projects for desktop PCs, smartphones and other devices. The consumer should always be surrounded by attention from the advertising field to target advertising message caught in precisely calculated time and in the right circumstances. Then the probability of advertising response is maximized.
