Sansung reported that the South Korean industrial giant has made a progress in the development of new lithographic technologies.  Thus, together with partners in the face of ARM, Cadence, Mentor and Synopsys, Samsung has prepared test samples of chips manufactured in accordance with 14 nm using FinFET transistor. In particular, it refers to the Trial Edition processor microarchitecture ARM Cortex-A7 and a variety of analog integrated circuits. In addition, the press release mentions some efficient processor, which makes use of technology specific to SRAM memory .
