This week, the owners of iPad Pro began receiving complaints that the new 12.9-inch tablet no longer respond to the pressing after recharging. Typically, the problem arises after a long charging. Apple respond quickly to the problem.
According to AppleInsider, Apple offers a workaround for iPad Pro hangs, which consists in a forced restart. To do this, simultaneously press the Home button, and Power and hold for more than 10 seconds, as long as the display shows the logo Apple. The company adds that now is studying the problem and finding its solution, promising that the document on the website will be updated as soon as new information becomes available.
Recall, iPad Pro went on sale on November 11 in more than 40 countries.
