OCZ Technology reported about new series of SSDs. The key feature of SSD Vertex 3 is the use of flash memory MLC NAND, made at rates of 20 nm. The 2.5 inches SSD is built on the controllers SandForce SF-2200 and equipped with SATA 6 Gb / s. The read speed is 550 MB / s, write - 520 MB / s. Performance in read-access blocks of 4 KB OCZ estimated at 35,000 IOPS, writing - to 65,000 IOPS. In essence, SSD Vertex 3.20 identical to Vertex 3 Series models , differing only by the more advanced flash memory. | ||
