At CeBIT 2013, held this week in Germany, Plextor company showed a prototype of SSD memory chips based on TLC NAND. The product will be available in August and will be presented in versions with 128, 256 and 512 GB, and their main advantage should be Price ( at the expense of durability).
Drives support SATA interface with a bandwidth of 6 Gb / s, and are based on the Marvell 88SS9189 controller and memory chips manufactured by Toshiba and 19-nm technology.
