Intel company decided to present simultaneously the chipset x38 with DDR3 memory expansions, which allow to automatically include memory profiles , optimized for overclock. These expansions was called XMP (Extreme memory profiles). OCZ technology company will become one of the first producers, who present memory module with the XMP . They passed the appropriate certification, and fully reveal their qualities paired with intel x38 chipset. Memory module will work in DDR 3-1600 regime with the latency value 8- 8-8, but after transfer to the second SPD profile latency will descend to 7- 6-6. Like all memory modules from OCZ technology production , XMP memory will be supplied with life time guarantee. | ||
