Following the release of water-block full cover designed specifically for the motherboard ASUS Rampage V Extreme, famous Slovenian designer and manufacturer of liquid cooling systems EK Water Blocks has decided to please fans of the other products overclocking brand - EVGA. It also released full coverage water blocks, but for video - EVGA GTX 970 ACX (2.0) and GTX 980 Classified.
New items were named EK-FC980 GTX Classy and EK-FC970 GTX ACX. Both of them, according to EK, has low hydrodynamic resistance, and are suitable for use in the company's low-power pumps. The base is made of copper with nickel plating : customers are offered a choice of options of acrylic and plastic POM Acetal. These water blocks simultaneously remove heat from the GPU (GPU), memory chips and elements of the power converter.
