Last week we talked about the transaction between the Chinese company Lenovo and IBM . As it is explained, Lenovo produces servers, but they are sold exclusively China market. As reports associate with the reference to the official Lenovo and IBM representatives statements , the collaboration of companies in server segment will be extended. In particular, from this year Lenovo will release one- and two-processor servers using IBM license , and sell them throughout the world. Lenovo Products with their own development could not obtain appreciation on the world market; therefore it was decided to secure them by IBM support . The first servers will appear in the next 12 months. Lenovo expects to become competitor to HP and Dell in server market segment . |
