EVGA company began taking pre-orders for  gaming laptop SC17, which was presented in early January at the exhibition CES 2016. The new laptop is the first from EVGA company, known for its graphics cards, motherboards and other components, oriented to enthusiasts and gamers. First of all EVGA SC17 is interesting because it is built on a processor with Intel Core i7-6820HK free multiplier, which operates at a frequency of 2.7 - 3.6 GHz.  The user is given a set of tools for overclocking, which will help unlock the potential of this processor.  For example, the available settings that are normally available only to desktop systems, such as CPU voltage control in the BIOS.  The laptop has a CMOS reset button and also has the ability to quickly switch between the overclocked and energy-saving modes. As the name implies, EVGA SC17 is equipped with a 17.3-inch IPS-display with a resolution of  3840 x 2160 pixels.  For graphics processing corresponds  NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980M graphics card with 8 GB of GDDR5 memory .   Other characteristics include EVGA SC17 32GB G.Skill DDR4-2666 RAM, SSD M.2 256 GB from Samsung hard drive and 1 TB.  All this is packed in an aluminum case with a maximum thickness of only 26.6 mm, and weighs the whole system of about 3.7 kg.  The set comes with a laptop power supply of 240 watts.  Laptop Cost EVGA SC17 in this configuration is $ 2700, and deliveries will begin in mid-April.
