We already have reason to believe that the most advanced motherboards for the processors in the performance of Socket AM4 will allow to overclock not only Ryzen processors but also memory . At least, some motherboard manufacturers have already expressed support for DDR4-2933 memory modes, and even DDR4-3600.
Bits & Chips reports that memory manufacturers are preparing for the announcement sets DDR4-3200, certified for use with AMD Ryzen processors. They will support AMP expansion , which together with the "automatic overclocking" technology allow XFR to squeeze out the maximum potential of the system with minimal effort, even if the user is deprived of much practical experience in overclocking.
Consequently, from the output of AMD Ryzen processors can earn not only manufacturers of motherboards and cooling systems, but also those who produce the memory modules.
