A month ago, we already reported that TSMC started purchasing equipment for the production lines of the enterprise, which began to be built last summer and which will begin mass production of chips in the autumn of next year.
Fresh news, the popular Taiwanese Internet resource DigiTimes reports that TSMC has found all the necessary suppliers of equipment, materials and raw materials for future production. These are Versum Materials (formerly Air Products and Chemicals), Chung King Enterprise, Gudeng Precision Industrial, Laien Parts Technology, Linde LienHwa, Marketech International and Shih-Her Technologies. All the companies agreed to create local offices in the area of the new TSMC plant for the prompt execution of orders.
To work at a future enterprise with 300 mm plate processing lines, the company sent 200 to 300 workers from a 200 mm factory in Shanghai to study in Taiwan. In the future, they will become the backbone of the production team at the new plant in Nanjing.
