NAND Flash- memory producers pass already to the release of finished products, ( memory cards ) . Hynix Company already begin the delivery of memory cards in the present month. Concerning Micron, this company will begin the deliveries of finished cards in the second-half of the present year. Let us recall, such NAND producers , as Samsung electronics and Toshiba already releaed flash memory cards (long time ago). | ||
