Intel company released two atom processors models . The first platforms are formed by the processor atom n270 and 945GSE + ICH7M chipset. It will become base for notebook devices . The second platform includes the processor atom n230 and chipsets 945GC + ICH7. It is intended for desktop network PK (nettop). Both platforms propose the maximum processors frequency 1,6 GHz and 533- MHz memory DDR2. These platforms include USB ports and the sound system intel HD audio. The processor atom n270 has TDP 2,5 W. According to available data, the wholesale price Of atom n270 is equal to $44, Atom n230 cost $29. The platform was used in the 8,9- inch mini- notebook ASUS eee PC 901, 10 inch mini- notebook ASUS eee PC 1000, mini- PC ASUS eee Box , gigabyte M912X and micro-Star international (MSI) wind PC. | ||
