Aeneon company , the partner of qimonda memory producer declared about the release of new memory standard DDR3 SO-DIMM (Small outline dual inline memory modules), which has a high productivity and intended for new laptop computers on base of intel centrino 2 platform. As it is noted, Aeneon is one of the first producer witch presented memory modules SO-DIMM with capacity 1 GB and 2 GB, which satisfies the requirements of DDR3-1066 standard. New memory has a 1 Gbit chips density . Working latencies are 7-7-7-21, the supply voltage 1,5 v. The beginning of mass deliveries will start in August this year. Besides new DDR3 memory , Aeneon released also the laptop memory DDR2-800 SO-DIMM (AET860SD00-25D). |
