Associate report that in Japan and Korea it is possible to acquire the new Mini-ITX motherboard gigabyte GA -GC230d, built on base of intel 945GC + ICH7 and equipped with the built-in processor intel atom 230 (1,6 GHz, FSB 533 MHz). The price of this motherboard+CPU is 125 dollars witch is noticeably higher than analogs.   This motherboard relates to the ultra durable series  , therefore it use polymeric capacitors and special bios which gives the extended overclocking possibilities. This motherboard supports one memory DDR2-533/400 with up to 2 GB volume, there is one interface PCI for the installation of expansion card, a pair of SATAII ports with RAID support , network controller, 6-channel sound channel 8 (!) ports USB. The first users, that purchased Gigabyte GA -GC230d, tested the intel atom overclocking potential. Result is not phenomenal , but a  stable work at 1,8 GHz frequency is possible . Related Products :

	How did you actually go about over clocking the Atom on the motherboard? What settings did you change?

	Whats the point having an a Gigabyte MotherBoard Which supports one memory DDR2-533/400 with up to 2 GB volume and with a Intel Atom Processor.whats with the PCI EXPRESS? If anyone who has this motherboard Change to GIGABYTE,ASUS,EVGA with 1366 socket With DDR3 Memory with Intel I7 Core Processor with 3GB Graphic Adapter which is better.
