During May this year , intel declared about the readiness to begin passage on 450 mm silicic plates ( in 2012 ). As partners for passage on 450 mm plate , intel selected Samsung and TSMC. As consider experts, the passage to the new silicic plates standard size will be usefull only for companies with annual income not less than $10 billion , it was assumed that the passage on 450 mm plate will takes place within the 22 nm technology. As reports associte with the reference to gartner inc analytical data  ; due to the current crysis , passage to the 450 mm silicic plates will start not earlier than 2017-2019, and already within the 5 nm or 8 nm technical process. Expenditures for the introduction of 450 mm plates can reach $20-40 billion; therefore the technical reequipping speed will depend on economic situation.
