AMD Company optimized its organizational structure and reduced its personnel after ATI purchases in 2006.
As reports press release on AMD site, this company decided to reform its organizational structure again, after creating four basic groups, that correspond to products, technologies, marketing and relations with users. Within these conversions, the developing graphical solutions and processors division were united in the product group, which is headed by Rick Bergmann . For the development of AMD technologies will answer the Advanced technology group, the marketing direction will be supported by the Marketing group , organization of sales and client support will be made by the Customer group. | ||
