In the second-half of June, due to the increased demand for memory in connection with the release of ultra thin notebook, the contract prices of DDR3 memory will continue to grow. Contract prices for DDR2 remain at the previous level. The price of 2 GB module DDR2 reached $21,5 with the increase up to 2-5% in first half of June. However, the price of 2 GB DDR3 module increased by 4-5% and reached $23.   The price of 1-  Gbit DDR2 was reduced to the level $1,04, up to 22% lower than the prices level a month ago, according to dRAMeXchange data.
