At the end of past month OCZ technology company presented a new series of solid-state disk vertex turbo, which promised to exceed their predecessors by up to 10% on speed.
OCZ technology announced yesterday officially the SSD series vertex turbo. Producer did not hide the origin of high operation speed, and he acknowledged that the frequency of built-in cache in these SSD was increased from 166 to 180 MHz. Each SSD is supplied with 64 mb memory buffer SDR DRAM.  In the series vertex turbo will enter four models SSD with volume 30, 60, 120 and 250 Gb . For the first two the data transmission speed will be 240 mb/s on reading operations and 145 mb/s on writing operations . For last two data transmission speed on reading operations is increased to 270 mb/s , on writing operations - to 200 and 210 mb/s respectively. The devices have the form factor 2.5 " weigh only 77 gram. and not more than 2 W TDP. Related Products : | ||
