This technology is well suitable for microcircuits, designed for application in wireless applications, pocket devices and consumer electronics - especially when necessary to combine high performance and long operating time from batteries. The first models ST products, released by globalfoundries, must appear in 2010. In this month, the company declared about the building of second factory - Fab 2. Production cost 4,2 billion dollars. It will be located in the state of New York and according to Globalfoundries, it will become the most perfect semiconductor factory in the world . | ||
