The Korean company HANA micron declared about the production of new solid-state disk (SSD) with 64 GB . According to the producer , the new model was called name H1PM064G-00S. The device has the form factor 1,8 inches ,sizes 71 X 54 X 5 mm.  This SSD is based on indilinx barefoot controller and has the built-in cache with 64 MB volume. Connection with the computer is ensured through the PATA interface and 40pin ZIF. In the device is used the NAND- memory MLC (multi-level cell), which substantially increases its speed during arbitrary write. The declared reading and writing rates compose 100 MB/s and 90 MB/s respectively. Sales will begin soon in Japan , the retail price is $320. Related Products : | ||
