During April OCZ technology presented the SSD Z -Drive, which uses MLC memory , buffer with 256 mb volume and PCI express x4 interface.
Two models appeared in the series Z -Drive: p84 on base of MLC- memory and e84 on base of SLC memory. The first ensure the maximum data transmission speed of 750 mb/s on reading operations and 650 mb/s on writing operations , the second increase these indices to 800 mb/s andh 750 mb/s respectively.  The models e84 are produced in 256 Gb and 512 Gb volumes, for the series p84 is also provided a model with 1 TB volume.  Z -Drive SSD has the time to time failure of 900 000 hours and are supplied with three year guarantee . Related Products : | ||
