RAMBUS Company, which possesses a set of patents for developments, used in memory controllers , since the beginning of this century spent about $300 ml on the legal prosecution of producers, who use these developments. According to the communications of reuters agency , the ministry for patents and USA trade marks recognized as unfounded 17 claims of RAMBUS on three patents, which were advanced in relation to NVIDIA. The conclusions of this department will be transmitted to commission for the international trade USA, which will examine the matter at the end of January. This public organ can forbid the import in USA of NVIDIA product, which disrupt RAMBUS patents . Ministry for USA patents , until now, examines eight claims RAMBUS on other two patents, which figure in the matter. NVIDIA hopes that  on these claims also it will end on its benefit. RAMBUS, in turn, is not assembled to surrender, and  prepared if necessary an appeal for the resolution of indicated organs . According to preliminary data, eight claims on two remained patents will be also rejected by authorities competent . However, the last word remains after the commission for international trade, which during January will examine the matter taking in account the conclusions of the ministry for patents and trade marks.
