OCZ announced the release of solid-state drives RevoDrive 3 and 3 RevoDrive X2. Both devices must provide a maximum throughput of multi-threaded applications, by supporting the second-generation technology of the virtual controllers ( VCA 2.0 ).  RevoDrive 3 uses an interface PCI Express x4, data rate is 1000 and 925 MB / s sequential read and write, respectively. This SSD is available in 120 GB, 240 GB and 480 GB versions. 3 RevoDrive X2 will be available in 240 GB capacity , 480 GB and 960 GB. Speed characteristics outperformed the previous model, the sequential read 1.5 Gb / s, write - 1.25 GB , I / O with random blocks of 4 Kbytes 230 thousand per second. Related Products : | ||
