Gigabyte brought to the exhibition IDF 2011 three motherboard, they are all based on chipset X79 Express. GA-X79-UD5, GA-X79-UD7 G1.Assassin and 2 Models are designed for processors Sandy Bridge-E LGA 2011.

GA-X79-UD5 - high end model, which is equipped with eight slots for DDR3 memory and supports the configuration of the three graphics cards in SLI or CrossFireX. The processor power system is organized on 14-phase scheme. There are 12 ports SATA. Expansion slots are two PCI-E 3.0 x1 and one PCI.There is also eight-channel audio codec, dual Gigabit Ethernet ports and four USB 3.0.

GA-X79-UD7 - motherboard for enthusiast. The motherboard is made in black and orange colors. There are 22/6 phases for the processor / memory. The model include four slots PCI-E 3.0 x16 and 14-port SATA. In addition to the 24-pin ATX, motherboard is powered by two Octal sockets and two connectors EPS SATA Power.

Model G1.Assassin 2 is for gaming PCs, It is equipped with audio codec Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi with a set of high-quality capacitors in the circuit operational amplifier. Includes NIC Bigfoot Killer NIC Interface PCI-E. The motherboard has four slots for RAM modules, four slots PCI-E 3.0 x16 to install the graphics cards and 12 SATA ports for storage.
