OCZ SSDs Talos has a minor update, the appearance of  VCA 2.0 support and increasing the speed of information transfer.   Talos drives have changed the form factor 3.5 to a more compact 2.5.  In principle, they are intended for use in servers and workstations, Talos 2 support VCA 2.0 interface and are equipped with SAS. Transfer rate of random blocks of 4 KB has grown from 66 000 to 70 000 IO per second.  With a combined load of 75% consisting of read operations and 25% of write operations, the speed of the data blocks 8 KB is 42 000 operations per second. Talos drives will be offered in two models with capacity from 100 GB to 1 TB . In their production is used memory type MLC, eMLC and SLC.   Related Products :
