Spot prices for DRAM memory types unexpectedly jumped by 20%.  In 16 December , DDR2 chip price density of 2 GB cost $ 0.79, and the same  DDR3 density - $ 0.89 (16% more than a week ago.) According to experts, this is not a sign of improvement , and it will not last long.  In general, there is overproduction of memory - the proposal is approximately 15% greater than demand.
