In this year we will see new video card with GDDR-4 memory  , since its support will be used in high end products like Radeon x2900 XTX and but also video card from average price range on base of chip RV630, and current developments of radeon x1950 pro has version with the corresponding memory. Furthermore, GDDR-5 will find its application in gaming consoles. Similar advantages Will make Qimonda forego the release of GDDR-4 in favor GDDR- 5. qimonda company will start the delivery of GDDR- 5 at the end 2007, mass production is expanded in the first quarter of 2008.
