At summit, AMD Fusion Developer event , AMD reported about the positioning of hybrid processors, which will be launched in 2013 and now known under the code name Kaveri, Kabini and Temash.
Thus, the mobile version of APU Kaveri intended for performance of ultrathin notebooks. The processors include four core architecture Steamroller ( Piledriver) and graphics Radeon HD; at work computing device can allocate 15 to 35 watts of heat. Note that AMD requires Keveri use in laptops with screens 13-15 inches and a thickness of not more than 21 millimeters.
Kabini also has four cores. APU is equipped with an integrated video system and is characterized by TDP, range from 9 to 25 watts. Kabini will be used in inexpensive laptops having a screen with a diagonal of 11-15 inches and a thickness 18-24 mm.
