According to Intel company , in 2014 DDR4 will be the main type of  DRAM memory, and by 2015, this memory will almost completely replace currently used memory DDR3. In addition,  Intel believe that the share of  DRAM for mobile devices in the coming years will continue to grow (in terms of volume) due to the growing demand for tablets and smartphones. Manufacturers will offer introductory samples DDR4 modules this year.  According to Intel, DDR4 consumes 35% less energy than DDR3L, and for greater memory bandwidth of previous generation by 50%.
