The chipset intel x38 is already externally familiar with gigabyte motherboard . The version GA- X 38- DQ6 will support DDR 2-800/1066  memory  in four slots DIMM, the version GA -X38T-Dq6 will ensure support to DDR 3-1066/1333 memory in four slots DIMM. It is known that the chipset intel x38 will be announced in the current block. It will bring the of support PCI express 2.0, the majority of motherboard have two slots PCI express x16 , witch will work according to PCI express x16 + PCI express x16. This work diagram implies to the support of crossfire technology  , but it fail to obtain  NVIDIA agreement for official SLI support.  However, some motherboard producers and enthusiast are ready to realize SLI support  using the chipset intel X 38- actually, only special drivers are necessary for this. Today appeared the photographs of the motherboard gigabyte GA- X 38- DQ 6 , which ensures support to DDR-2 memory . The cooling system of motherboard components appears reasonably sufficient against other competitors , but its impossible to judge its effectiveness from this photograph  . The two slots PCI express x16 obtain supplemental power through the black molex connector - This do not relate to the support of PCI express 2.0 , since many motherboards use such supplemental power connector, which begin operating with two video card. As is known, video card that correspond to the specifications PCI express 1.x  can without problems work in this motherboard, just as new video card class PCI express 2.0 they can work in old motherboards. On the rear panel it is possible to reveal the PS/2 and sequential port. Six ports USB 2.0 two have uncommon orange color, this color with unification purpose is associated with eSATA ports . This Motherboard  has also  six internal ports SATA-300. One port IEEE 1394 , two gigabit network ports....
