Microsoft will soon decide on the new CEO, who will complete the reforms initiated by Steve Ballmer, who heads the company now.  It is interesting that Paul Ghafari , managing director of a co-founder Microsoft, Paul Allen , on behalf of his client offered to split the giant Ghafari noticed that most of Microsoft revenue  brings the realization of software and services for business customers.  Accordingly, the non-core activities like advertising, video games distract the company from achieving its goals.  Such units should be separated from Microsoft, said Ghafari.
