A little less than a day ago, Intel released information about their new Pro Series SSDs in 2500. New devices are focused on the corporate sector, are fully compatible with the original Intel vPro technology support encryption and TCG (Trusted Computing Group) Opal 2.0. Also claimed to support energy saving mode DevSleep, the presence of which is useful for use in mobile devices.
SSD Pro 2500 is available in two form factors - a traditional 2.5 thick body 7 mm and a new M.2 (NGFF) in two sizes - 2260 and 2280:
