Intel has published on its website the official description of new DC S3610 drives and DC S3710, designed for use in server-class systems:
- Intel Solid-State Drive Data Center S3610 Series;
- Intel Solid-State Drive Data Center S3710 Series
All members of these families are made in frame sizes 2.5 "eight of 7 mm and equipped with interface SATA3.
Despite the use of MLC NAND, made according to thin the 20-nm process technology, Intel promises (DC S3610) and 10 (DC S3710) 3 daily cycles of complete rewriting within five years.
