In September last year, NVIDIA first time in 22 years of its existence, not counting the victory over Intel in a similar confrontation, put forward the claim to other companies, according to the plaintiff, other companies are illegally using its development. NVIDIA Sued Samsung and Qualcomm.  On the pages of a corporate blog,  NVIDIA announced that preliminary hearings ITC gives the course of the claim of  Samsung and Qualcomm. Note that this does not prove the correctness of NVIDIA, just as the US procedure for consideration of such cases involves the prior approval of the wording put forward by the plaintiff charges.  In this case, the judge acknowledged the correctness of the wording in six of the seven patent claims put forward by NVIDIA.  In other words, representatives of the US Justice recognize that the requirements formulated clearly enough to be subject to review during further court hearings.  The nearest of them, by the way, will be held in June this year, and not the fact that the court will protect the interests of NVIDIA.
