Not all market participants are inclined to believe that the release of Windows 10 is quite significant incentive to increase sales volumes of computer components and mobile devices, as Microsoft makes a generous gift to the users of operating systems with respect to fresh generations, allowing the switch to Windows 10 for free.   Traditional sources from among the component suppliers told that by the end of the year, sales of laptops can be reduced to 150-160 ml Pieces, and it will correspond to a decrease of only 5% in the most favorable case.  The situation is exacerbated not only by the generosity of Microsoft , and fluctuations in exchange rates in many regions, which make consumers refuse to buy new PCs.  The volume of orders for the second half are already starting to decline, and many market participants do not even know what plans to build on this period.  For example, in the first half Wistron faced with a marked decline in demand for notebook computers, and in the second half of the year it expects growth of no more than 10% in the sequential comparison.  However, in June, there was a slight rebound in demand compared to May, and it inspires cautious optimism contract manufacturer.
