In the past block Qimonda and Samsung company declared about the beginning of Gddr-5 memory deliveries ; On exhibition CES 2008 , Samsung company again demonstrated the memory models Gddr-5. First video card with such memory will appear in the second-half of the present year.  The memory chips have the density of 512 Mbit, they are capable of transferring up to 24 gigas-byte of data per second, and work at frequencies more than 3.0 GHz DDR with 1.5 v. This makes this memory type approximately 20% more economical than Gddr-3 microcircuits , which work with 1.8 v. according to Samsung estimations , in 2010 , Gddr-5 will take more than half of graphical market class high-end.
