Intel company uses for chipset production  lithographic technologies, witch was used with the production of central processors. For example, if processors Intel already reach the 45 nm technical process, then chipset will get in 65 nm technology. So the  production of processors is quite advanced while  using less developed factories for the release of chipset. Some tendencies in this sphere must change, as reports associate with  reference to Intel company Vice Presidents , Mr. Stephen Smith (Stephen Smith). These changes will be dictated to the release of integrated processors, which besides the classical core will obtain many contemporary northern bridge elements . The first processors generation with integrated graphic core (Havendale) will have multi-chip layout . These processors will be made from crystals, produced on 45 nm technology. It is expected that 32 nm processor will obtain the single layout crystal, which will unite both processor core and chipset components . In order to produce chipset and processor under common denominator, Intel company  will have to invest money in the modernization of the following step technological process. Accordingly, with the passage to the release of processors with integrated graphic core , Intel expenditure for  technological rearmament will grow.
