MSI has unveiled two new motherboards based on Intel B150 chipset designed to build relatively inexpensive, but functional systems based on Intel processors generation Skylake by LGA 1151. Novelty called B150M Bazooka Plus and B150M Mortar Arctic, they are both made in the form factor Micro ATX, and in many respects very similar to each other.
MSI B150M Mortar Arctic
The first striking difference - the color scheme. So, B150M Mortar Arctic built signet on a white board, and B150M Bazooka Plus - a more traditional black. A set of expansion slots at the new products also varies . So, B150M Bazooka Plus board has one PCIe 3.0 x16 slot and two PCIe 3.0 x1, and the board B150M Mortar Arctic housed two slots PCIe 3.0 x16 (x16 / x4), one PCIe 3.0 x1 slot and M.2 (key E), designed for the Wi-Fi module.
MSI B150M Bazooka Plus
Both motherboards have four slots for DDR4-2133 memory modules. To connect storage devices have new items one slot M.2 (M key rate 32 Gbit / s), and six ports SATA 3.0. On the back of each motherboard ports are USB 3.1 Type-C. There are two gigabit network controllers Realtek RTL8111H. But the sound system in different : in B150M Mortar Arctic used codec Realtek ALC892, and B150M Bazooka Plus - Realtek ALC887. Also note that the two new items are equipped with adjustable white LED backlight.
