Phenom processors stepping B3 will have (GH) letters on their marking. This stepping will allow to raise the processors frequencies up to 2.5 GHz already in the second quarter. We can assume that phenom 9850 (2.5 GHz) model will be released during May this year, and it will be the new high-end model among four core AMD , Then in the third quarter AMD will show up the new models phenom 9xxx.
The amateurs of free multiplier don't have to await for phenom FX (in the third quarter). B3 Stepping will be used in new model phenom black edition. The frequency of this processor with free multiplier was not defined. Here is the processor phenom 9850 Black edition with marking HD985ZXAGHBOX.  The letter Z symbolizes the series black edition. The characteristics of processor are already known: four cores with 512 KB cache in the second level each, general cache in the third level with 2mb volume , Frequency 2.5 GHz and TDP level not are more than 125 W.
