Last week we reported, that the external case for video card XG station (from asus ) can become a series product . Meanwhile similar solution is not unique. AMD/AT company some time ago demonstrated the conceptual development Lasso, which allowed to place in the external case one or two video card with PCI express x16 interface . Associate reports that on exhibition computex 2008 , AMD company will show a certain external graphical solution on base of RV670 chip , which will be connected to notebook by a special interface. Since the connection type will be unique, Lasso can be used only with notebooks, which relate to the mobile platform puma from AMD. Lasso will become the unique option to increase the graphic system performance in the puma platform . | ||
